We GUARANTEE your website will be ready for you to approve in just 10 business days when you adhere to the following terms and conditions. These terms include your participation and availability for consultation. You will have at least five points of contact with WebMakerUSA during the approval process so that you have an active role in how your website is completed. Please note that we guarantee our work will be completed in 10 business days, but your availability and responsiveness is required or additional calendar days may be added to the schedule.


Immediately after your decision to work with WebMakerUSA, an initial design consultation appointment is set by your sales representative where you will discuss what you want your website to become.


Day 1 – Initial Consultation


During this initial consultation, we will interview by telephone and will discuss items such as:


  1. The products and services provided by your business.
  2. The clientele/prospect universe of your business
  3. Your type font preference (if any)
  4. Photos you will provide or additional stock photography provided by WebMakerUSA
  5. If you have a pre-existing logo, marketing materials, etc.
  6. Whether your logo and materials can be submitted digitally, via fax or mail
  7. Custom graphics (silver and gold packages only)
  8. Custom Animation (gold package only)
  9. Sound/speech (if purchased as an a la carte service)
  10. Logo design (if purchased as an a la carte service)
  11. What pages, the name of the pages and who is responsible for the copy on     the pages
  12. The time, day and method of contact that is the most convenient for you

Day 4- You’re Shown Your Initial Design


After the initial design consultation, you will be contacted and shown the initial design template for your website. You may make revisions at this time. You must approve this template before further progress is made.

Day 6- You’re Shown the Copy


Once you approve the initial template, the copy you supplied, or the copy written by WebMakerUSA staff is placed into the template. Place holders will be shown to illustrate where the design team suggests images should used. You may make revisions if needed, but you must approve the copy and image place holders before further progress is made.
Day 6 ClockThe clock is stopped until we have your approval.


Day 8 - You’re Shown the Images and Photos


When you approve the copy and image placement, the images are placed in your website. You will be required to review your website and give us any final revisions before any further progress is made.

Day 10- You Approve Your Final Website


Once all revisions are made you will be emailed, mailed or faxed the final website approval form. When you sign your final website approval form, you will be contacted by WebMakerUSA sales staff for payment of the balance of your account. Once your account is paid, WebMakerUSA tech support will publish your website to your domain name and your website will be live on the internet!
